Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Snack 4 Less ships orders, when orders go out, and what to expect after checkout.

1) Free Shipping

Snack 4 Less offers FREE shipping on orders of $150 or more (before taxes and after discounts) shipped to eligible U.S. addresses.

  • The free shipping threshold is calculated from merchandise subtotal (not including taxes, shipping, or other fees).

  • If a refund drops your merchandise subtotal below $150, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (when applicable).

2) Shipping Rates (Orders Under $150)

Orders under $150 are charged shipping at checkout based on:

  • package weight and dimensions

  • delivery location

  • selected shipping method

3) Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time can be longer during high-volume periods, promotions, or if inventory needs verification.

4) Delivery Time (Carrier Transit)

Delivery time begins after your order ships and depends on the carrier and destination. Transit times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

5) Shipping Coverage

Snack 4 Less currently ships to:

  • United States addresses (including PO Boxes only if the selected carrier supports them)

If we add more destinations later, this policy will be updated.

6) Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number may be provided through your order status page (when available). Tracking updates come directly from the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to show movement.

7) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is:

  • returned as undeliverable , or

  • delivered to an incorrect address due to customer entry ,

Snack 4 Less may, at its discretion:

  • reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • issue store credit/refund minus shipping and handling (when applicable)

8) Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages

If tracking shows “delivered,” the order is considered delivered.

Snack 4 Less is not responsible for:

  • stolen packages after delivery

  • carrier-delivered packages to mailrooms, lockers, concierge desks, or shared delivery areas

9) Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must submit a request within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the damaged item(s)

  • inner packaging

  • the shipping box

  • the shipping label

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

10) Heat Sensitivity & Consumable Items

Some products may be sensitive to heat and handling during transit. Snack 4 Less is not responsible for quality changes caused by:

  • carrier delays

  • outdoor delivery conditions

  • temperatures during shipment after the order leaves our facility

11) Refused Packages

If you refuse a delivery (or it is returned due to repeated delivery failure), any refund or credit issued may be reduced by:

  • original shipping costs

  • return shipping costs (if charged by the carrier)

  • handling fees (when applicable)

12) Policy Updates

Snack 4 Less may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version.
